Spotswood Public Schools Appoints New Principal
At its meeting of May 13, 2013, the Spotswood Board of Education approved the appointment of Mr. Daniel J. Dooley as the next principal of Schoenly Elementary School. Mr. Dooley will assume the position on July 1, 2013 when the current principal, Mr. Jon Cochran, retires after 43 years of service as a teacher and administrator in the Spotswood Public Schools.

2013-14 School Year Calendar
At its meeting of February 12, 2013, the Spotswood Board of Education approved the district calendar for the 2013/14 school year.
Tots & Teens Applications Now Being Accepted
All children who will be four years old on or before October 1, 2013 who reside in Spotswood or Helmetta are eligible for this pre-school program at Spotswood High School.
The class meets Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:35 to 11:20.
Click here to download an application. A deposit of $25 (made out to SHS Tots and Teens) is required to hold a place for your child. We accept children on a first come, first serve basis so don’t delay!
